Hi, I am the webmaster of the Wiki.WorldFlicks site. Some more info:
The main goal is to make the best selection of photos for every part of the world, in every zoom;
For example:
in the United Kingdom we see the great shots of the country, in London we see great photos of the Big Ben, Milennium wheel, Tower bridge, etc, and if we zoom in on the Tower Bridge we see high quality photos of the Tower Bridge and its surroundings.
The rating of the photos is made by the users; by voting, surfing behaviour, and geotagging photos they think should be on the map. Hope you like this concept!
