Wow! I'm surprised Washington D.C.'s ranked #1, when there are all those other US cities with higher populations and more nightlife.
But then, perhaps the fact that D.C.'s streets are relatively not as packed as some of the other major cities, allows drivers to drive faster, resulting in more damaging accidents.
Just a guess.
