Google has announced the official availability of Google Maps for Mobile on Palm Treo devices. This was a device that was previously not supported by
Maps for Mobile and was very highly requested by users according to
this post on the
Google Blog. The post notes that there are two ways for Treo users to download Google Maps for Mobile:
"..Visit google.com/gmm on your Treo's web browser, or you if you prefer, download and HotSync® here."Related:Google Blog: Maps in the Palm in your handGoogle Mobile Maps: Treo PagePalm.com - Treo 650Google Maps for Mobile now supports (Google Earth) KML Google Maps for Mobile now includes live traffic for US cities
