Get your TripMojo going with Google Maps

TripMojo.com is a hotel search engine with the ability to plot your results on a Google Map. The site itself has the feel of Google's search site. The search field just asks for the location and not multiple fields like an Expedia-like travel search. The anonymous poster that apparently "found" the site mentions that there are some international locations mixed in as well!

(It can only be a matter of time before every travel and hotel directory website has this feature integrated..)

Why does Google Maps API have to be so hard for lay people (nonprogrammers) to use? Yahoo Maps seems a lot easier. (And no, I don't work for Yahoo.)

... True. We added Google Maps to our hotel guide/search site (http://www.xfiles.hotels-x.net/) a couple of weeks ago. Hotels in North America and the UK are shown on the map by price and rating. A new feature shows hotels within X miles of a selected landmark.

It's a natural fit, adds value for consumers, and the Google API makes it all so easy.
